Once we have all the information and content we need from you, we will aim to have the first version of your website ready within about a week. Actual completion time can vary depending on the complexity of the project, the information and content provided, requested changes, and the number of projects we are currently working on.

With the Simple Website Package, your first 30 minutes of website changes each year are free. After that, changes are billed at $25 per 30 minutes.

Your free 30 minutes can be used whenever you need them during the year and don't have to be used all at once.

You can choose between a monthly or annual plan.

Monthly plans are billed each month automatically and have a 12-month minimum commitment.

Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year and include a free .com or .ca domain name with every annual renewal.

Payments are made by credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit card, unless you contact us about an alternate payment option.

If a payment remains unpaid, we will generally allow 15 days for the payment to be resolved. If the account remains unpaid after that period, we may suspend the website and related services until the account is brought up to date.

Your website will be built using SEO-friendly practices to help search engines understand and index your website.

However, search engine rankings depend on many factors outside of our control, and we cannot guarantee a particular position, amount of traffic, leads or sales.

If you need more extensive SEO work, contact us and we can discuss the options that would best suit your business.

Sweet Web websites are hosted on our servers as part of your Sweet Web subscription.

If you would like to move your website to another hosting provider, contact us and we'll discuss what's involved. Some Sweet Web features or services may not be transferable to another server.

Yes. You can cancel your Sweet Web subscription by contacting us.

Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. If you cancel before the end of that commitment, the remaining payments due under the commitment are still payable.

Annual plans are non-refundable once work on your website has begun, except where a refund is required by law.

Domain registration and renewal fees are also non-refundable.

If you cancel, your website will remain available for the period covered by any payments still due, subject to the terms of your subscription. You can also request that your website be taken offline; however, taking your website offline does not cancel or reduce your payment obligation. If you are within the 12-month minimum commitment of a monthly plan, all payments remaining under that commitment are still due even if your website is taken offline. Yes, you can upgrade your Sweet Web package as your business grows.

Upgrading from Super Sweet Web to Store Sweet Web is straightforward because both packages use the same website system.

If you upgrade from Simple Sweet Web to Super or Store Sweet Web, your website may need to be rebuilt using the appropriate system, so the design may change as part of the upgrade. We'll discuss the options with you before making any changes.

Your domain is managed by Sweet Web while you're using our service. If you cancel your Sweet Web subscription, you can request to have your domain transferred to you or another provider.

Any outstanding amounts must be paid before the domain can be transferred, and the transfer must be permitted by the applicable domain registrar and registry rules.

If you choose not to transfer the domain, it will simply expire when the current registration period ends. Once a domain expires, it may eventually become available for someone else to register.

We don't need you to have everything perfectly written before getting started. At a minimum, we'll need the basic information about your business, your services and what you want your website to say.

We can work with the information you provide and help organize it for your website. However, you are the expert in your business and industry, so we may need your help to make sure the information is accurate and reflects your business properly. The more detailed information you can provide, the better we can represent your business on your website.

Yes. Sweet Web websites are designed to be responsive, which means your website will adapt to different screen sizes, including desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.

Annual plans include one free .com or .ca domain name with each annual renewal. Domain registration and renewal are subject to the terms of your selected plan.

Yes. If you already have a domain name, we can help connect it to your Sweet Web website.

Yes. Every plan includes at least one professional email address using your domain name, with 10 GB of storage per email account.

Sweet Web is an affordable website service designed for small businesses. We provide everything you need to get your business online, including website hosting, SSL security, backups, a domain name with annual plans, and the features included with your selected package.

You don't need to be a web expert. We'll guide you through the process of providing your business information, content and design preferences, and we'll take care of building and hosting your website.

Your Sweet Web subscription needs to remain up to date for your website and related services to stay active.

If a payment is unsuccessful, we'll give you an opportunity to resolve the payment. If the account remains unpaid for 15 days, we may suspend your website and related services until the account is brought up to date.

If you're on a monthly plan with a 12-month minimum commitment, not paying or taking your website offline does not cancel your payment obligation. Any payments still due under your commitment remain payable.

If a domain renewal is not paid, your domain may eventually expire and could become available for someone else to register.
